Play the private course on campus — eighteen holes, a shotgun start, and a day you won’t forget.
Clubs are tagged at Coleman Coliseum in the morning and returned there at the end of the day.

Welcome
Over two days you will play Crimson Reserve, go behind the scenes at the new Alabama Basketball Practice Facility, and spend an evening with Alabama Basketball.
This is a small gathering, built for a handful of people who want to experience the program from the inside. Every proceed supports NIL roster‑building for Alabama Men’s Basketball.

A Gifting Experience
High‑end gifting, custom‑fit apparel, and takeaways from the weekend, prepared in advance and waiting for you when you arrive.
Sizing is collected at registration so that everything is ready before the first tee time.

The Agenda
Each golfer is assigned one golf day — Thursday or Friday — and your assignment is stated on your confirmation. Thursday evening’s tour, scrimmage, reception and dinner are shared by everyone. All times Central.
Thursday, October 1
Golf Group 1 · Golf Day
- 7:30 AM
- Arrival and parking at Coleman Coliseum. Our team will tag your clubs and transport them to the course.
- 7:45 AM
- Vans depart for Crimson Reserve.
- 7:45 – 8:45 AM
- Registration and check-in. Breakfast and cocktails served; the range is open for warm-up.
- 8:45 AM
- Proceed to your assigned cart and hole.
- 9:00 AM
- Shotgun start.
- Through 2:00 PM
- Eighteen holes of golf. Lunch is served on the course from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
- 2:00 PM
- Your clubs are returned to Coleman Coliseum for pickup at the end of the day.
- 2:00 – 2:45 PM
- Guided tour of Crimson Reserve, with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres.
- 2:45 PM
- Vans depart for the Basketball Practice Facility.
Practice Facility Tour · All Guests
- 3:00 – 5:00 PM
- An inside look at the Basketball Practice Facility, hosted in small groups, with stops in the gym, weight room, training room, equipment room, film room and locker room.
Evening · All Guests
- 5:00 – 7:00 PM
- Practice scrimmage.
- 6:30 PM
- Cocktail reception opens. Guests of golfers are warmly welcomed beginning at 6:30 PM.
- 7:00 PM
- Golfers join the reception.
- 7:30 – 9:30 PM
- Buffet dinner and evening program.
Friday, October 2
Golf Group 2 · Golf Day
- 7:30 AM
- Arrival and parking at Coleman Coliseum. Our team will tag your clubs and transport them to the course.

Practice Facility Tour · Optional Second Window
- 9:00 – 11:00 AM
- A second tour window, offered for guests unable to join us on Thursday afternoon.
